WEST OTTAWA: KATE FLOREANI
Kate serves as the Practice Representative for Ottawa’s west end and surrounding communities. She works closely with our referring dental offices, helping to strengthen relationships, streamline communication, and serve as an additional point of contact for any questions, concerns, or support they may need. Her goal is to ensure our referral partners always have the resources and assistance they need to provide exceptional patient care.
In her spare time, Kate can usually be found in line at Starbucks ordering a coffee with enough modifiers to confuse the cashier and enough caffeine to power the rest of her day.
EAST OTTAWA: JULIE COLE
As Practice Representative for Ottawa’s east end and surrounding communities, Julie brings a unique perspective shaped by both clinical and business experience. After beginning her career as a Dental Assistant, she spent several years building partnerships and fostering relationships in the event industry before returning to the dental profession in a role that brings both passions together. Julie truly enjoys connecting with dental teams, supporting referral partners and helping create a seamless experience for practices and patients alike. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her wrangling her two university-aged kids, caring for a house full of pets and tackling her never ending list of DIY projects.
