While each consultation appointment is unique, lasting between 45 and 75 minutes, it accommodates various essential components:

To ensure a smooth process and avoid unnecessary delays, we request all patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled consultation appointment time.
For all patients, regardless of a referral from a dentist, Argyle Associates mandates booking a consultation with one of our surgeons before scheduling surgery. This crucial appointment enables our surgeons to assess your unique case and plan your surgical care, taking into account variables such as your health history, to determine the best treatment plan.
If you are experiencing symptoms which lead you to believe that your wisdom teeth should be removed, contact us today. Additionally, we can schedule a consultation appointment to assess your wisdom teeth. If it is determined during this assessment that your wisdom teeth need removal, we will proceed to set up an appointment for the procedure.
Certainly, we do not handle electronic claims and pre-determinations. However, we gladly accept them if your insurance company does. If not, it’s imperative to send your pre-determination via mail or fax directly to your insurance company. We explain what your insurance provider covers here.
Moreover, when feasible, we actively send claims on your behalf electronically. Typically, most insurance providers reimburse within a week of receiving your electronic submission (5-7 days). Regardless of coverage, the full amount must be paid on the day of the surgery.

You have the option to receive an email or text message confirming your appointment and providing a reminder of the day, time, and location. If you opt not to use the email/text option, expect a voice call two working days in advance to confirm your appointment.
